Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
