  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir to coat the beef; cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add green onions and red pepper flakes and stir well.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
