- 8 oz noodles (egg or rice noodles)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, bell peppers, and cooked noodles. Toss until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For added flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish before serving. Customize with additional vegetables as desired.
