Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (egg or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  5. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, bell peppers, and cooked noodles. Toss until well combined and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
