Instructions
- Prepare the pretzel dough
- Shape the pretzels and stuff with cheese
- Refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours if making ahead
- Prepare the baking soda bath
- Dip pretzels in the alkaline bath
- Sprinkle with coarse salt
- Bake until deep golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 190°F
