- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Extra Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Incorporate shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, mixing until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
