Description

Ingredients

  • 8 Mozzarella sticks
  • 8 slices of Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Nashville hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing them with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.
  4. Dredge each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Carefully place the sticks in the hot oil and fry until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Brush with Nashville hot sauce before serving. Enjoy hot!
