- 8 Mozzarella sticks
- 8 slices of Bacon
- 1/2 cup Nashville hot sauce
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing them with a toothpick if needed.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.
- Dredge each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs.
- Carefully place the sticks in the hot oil and fry until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Brush with Nashville hot sauce before serving. Enjoy hot!
Notes
For extra crispiness, use thick-cut bacon. Adjust the Nashville hot sauce to your spice preference.
