Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the banana-yogurt mixture and mix well.
- Stir in the almond butter until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually sift in the unsweetened cocoa powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
- Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.
- Once set, remove the brownies from the dish and cut into squares.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
