- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 package (3.4 oz) lemon instant pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Sliced lemons for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then half of the whipped cream mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers with remaining graham crackers, pudding, and whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished with sliced lemons.
