- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in espresso powder with the crust. Use a warm knife for cleaner slices when serving.
