Description

A rich and creamy no-bake Oreo cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in espresso powder with the crust. Use a warm knife for cleaner slices when serving.
