Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Creamy peanut butter
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate for coating
- Coconut oil or shortening (optional, for chocolate coating)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and peanut butter until well combined
- Add graham cracker crumbs until mixture reaches desired consistency
- Chill mixture until firm enough to roll
- Form into balls
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil or shortening (if using)
- Dip balls in melted chocolate
- Allow to set
Notes
- Can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in refrigerator
- If mixture is too soft, add more graham cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon at a time
- Creamy peanut butter works best, but crunchy can be used
- Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening to chocolate to prevent cracking
