- 10 g (2 tsp) Coconut Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the base in a mixing bowl, stirring until they form a dough with a sticky texture. If it’s too dry, incorporate a small amount of water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Divide the dough evenly into six portions and place each portion into a muffin tin, pressing it down in the center and along the sides to form a cup shape.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, then pour this mixture into the prepared cups.
- Gently melt the chocolate with the coconut oil until it becomes liquid, then drizzle it over the top of the cheesecakes and refrigerate until set.
