Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup M&Ms
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the M&Ms.
- Form the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
