  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
