Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, protein powder, applesauce, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

- Drop tablespoons of the cookie mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
