- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt by passing them through a sieve. Form a hollow in the middle and pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and egg; stir until the mixture is uniform.
- Warm a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it. Pour or ladle the batter onto the cooking surface, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to dry, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the pancake over and cook until the other side is golden brown. Continue with the remaining batter.
