- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes each side.
- Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken and add cherry tomatoes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
