- 1 pound medium-sized pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, season with salt and pepper
- Remove beef, add butter and sauté garlic and onions
- Add beef back to pan with broth and cream
- Simmer until sauce thickens
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese
- Stir until well combined and creamy
- Garnish with fresh herbs and extra Parmesan
