Instructions
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
