Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 ounces pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.

- Once the pasta is cooked, return the steak to the pot and pour in the heavy cream. Stir until combined and heated through.

Notes
Use room temperature steak for even cooking. Stir pasta frequently to prevent sticking. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed.
