Description

A delightful one-pot dish featuring tender steak, perfectly cooked pasta, and a rich creamy garlic butter sauce with a kick of spice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 8 ounces pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper and add it to the pot, browning it on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add the pasta and beef broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, return the steak to the pot and pour in the heavy cream. Stir until combined and heated through.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use room temperature steak for even cooking. Stir pasta frequently to prevent sticking. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed.
