- 2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed

Instructions
- Rinse rice thoroughly until water runs clear to prevent sogginess
- Season chicken with salt
- Heat oil in pot and sauté ginger and garlic
- Add chicken and brown slightly
- Add rice and broth in correct 2:3 ratio
- Bring to boil, then simmer until chicken and rice are cooked
- Let rest before serving
