Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin or tenderloin beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season beef slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot and brown the meat in batches.
  3. Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in the same pot.
  4. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  • For dairy-free version, use coconut cream or dairy-free sour cream.
