Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin or tenderloin beef, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season beef slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large pot and brown the meat in batches.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in the same pot.
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

- For dairy-free version, use coconut cream or dairy-free sour cream.
