Description
A delicious one-pot meal combining sirloin steak, penne pasta, and a sweet and spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb penne pasta, uncooked
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak; cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in minced garlic; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add beef broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, honey, and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
- Stir in the uncooked penne pasta; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot topped with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Use freshly minced garlic for maximum flavor and consider experimenting with different pasta shapes.
