- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Brown ground beef with diced onion in a large pot until meat is cooked through
- Add garlic and taco seasoning, stirring to combine
- Pour in diced tomatoes, green chilies, and beef broth
- Add broken spaghetti pieces to the pot
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted
