- 2 cups elbow macaroni

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground venison over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the elbow macaroni.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, with grated cheese on top if desired.
