- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add the pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a different twist, try using different pasta shapes or add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
