Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the steak strips and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then add the pasta.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
  7. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a different twist, try using different pasta shapes or add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
