- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth while stirring, and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and Worcestershire sauce, cover, and cook until noodles are tender.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure to brown the beef well and sauté the mushrooms until they’re caramelized. Mix in the sour cream off the heat to maintain the creamy texture.
