  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s soy sauce (10 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds (9 grams)
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the chilled and cubed butter to the flour mixture.
  4. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
