Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning for extra crispiness.
