- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning for extra crispiness.
