Instructions
- Cut cabbage into 1-inch thick slices
- Brush with olive oil

- Roast until tender and slightly caramelized
Notes
- Red cabbage can be used but needs 5-7 minutes longer cooking time
- Cut slices at least 1-inch thick to prevent falling apart
- Use a wide spatula for flipping
- Can be made in an air fryer at 380°F for 15-18 minutes
- For oil-free version, use vegetable broth or balsamic vinegar/maple syrup mixture
