Description

Delightful Parmesan crusted potatoes that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. Experiment with additional spices for a twist.
