Ingredients

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except for the peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin, reserving one large spoonful for the top.
- Add the tablespoon of peanut butter to the center, without mixing it into the batter.
- Top with the reserved spoonful of oat mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until done.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt on top after baking.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Experiment with different types of milk and toppings for variations. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
