Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for the peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin, reserving one large spoonful for the top.
  4. Add the tablespoon of peanut butter to the center, without mixing it into the batter.
  5. Top with the reserved spoonful of oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until done.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt on top after baking.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different types of milk and toppings for variations. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
