Scale
- 8 cups air-popped popcorn
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Reese’s Pieces (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and pretzels.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, carefully melt the white chocolate, stirring frequently to prevent seizing.
- Once the white chocolate is melted, stir in the peanut butter and salt until smooth.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the popcorn and pretzels, stirring gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with halved peanut butter cups and Reese’s Pieces if using.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature until the chocolate has hardened, about 30-45 minutes.
- Break into clusters and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Make sure all popcorn kernels are removed before mixing.
- For best results, use freshly popped popcorn with no butter or salt added.
- You can substitute dark or milk chocolate if preferred.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
