Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into bottom of 9×13 pan
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, fold in half of whipped topping
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened
- Layer pudding over cream cheese layer
- Combine pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter in saucepan
- Cook pecan mixture until thickened, cool slightly
- Spread pecan mixture over pudding layer
- Top with remaining whipped topping
- Chill for 4 hours before serving
