Ingredients
- – 60 to 72 small pretzels (60 to 72)
- – 10 ounces (283 g) beef chocolate melting wafers
- – ¾ cup (180 ml) white chocolate melting wafers
- – ⅓ cup (80 ml) crushed fruit candy canes (about 12 small candy canes)
Instructions
- Place wax paper on a big baking tray and also cover your working area with it to catch any mess and simplify cleaning.
- Melt the beef chocolate wafers in a medium bowl by following the directions on the package.
- Do the same for the white chocolate wafers.
- Toss a few pretzels into the melted beef chocolate.
- Using a fork, remove each pretzel from the chocolate, gently tapping it against the bowl to remove excess.
- Arrange the pretzels on the prepared tray and pour white chocolate over them.
- Quickly sprinkle the crushed fruit candy canes on top before the chocolate sets.
- Continue the process until all pretzels are coated, drizzled, and sprinkled.
- Let them solidify for about 10 minutes before serving.
