Ingredients

  • – 60 to 72 small pretzels (60 to 72)
  • – 10 ounces (283 g) beef chocolate melting wafers
  • – ¾ cup (180 ml) white chocolate melting wafers
  • – ⅓ cup (80 ml) crushed fruit candy canes (about 12 small candy canes)

Instructions

  1. Place wax paper on a big baking tray and also cover your working area with it to catch any mess and simplify cleaning.
  2. Melt the beef chocolate wafers in a medium bowl by following the directions on the package.
  3. Do the same for the white chocolate wafers.
  4. Toss a few pretzels into the melted beef chocolate.
  5. Using a fork, remove each pretzel from the chocolate, gently tapping it against the bowl to remove excess.
  6. Arrange the pretzels on the prepared tray and pour white chocolate over them.
  7. Quickly sprinkle the crushed fruit candy canes on top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Continue the process until all pretzels are coated, drizzled, and sprinkled.
  9. Let them solidify for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Work swiftly to coat the pretzels with chocolate to prevent premature hardening.
  • Use a fork for easy pretzel removal from chocolate and to eliminate excess for a cleaner finish.
