  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (45 grams) crushed peppermint candy pieces

Instructions

  1. Place semisweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips.
  4. Let it sit for 2 minutes to soften the chocolate.
