Ingredients
- Flank Steak: 1.5 lbs
- Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Ground Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the flank steak, ensuring an even coating.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for best flavor).
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is achieved (medium-rare is recommended).
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
Rest the steak after cooking to retain juiciness. Slice against the grain for tenderness.
