- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (green and red)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and peppers; sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced steak; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the provolone cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
