Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (green and red)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and peppers; sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced steak; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in the provolone cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
