  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar
  2. Mix wet ingredients, then gradually add flour to form soft dough
  3. Knead dough until smooth, let rise for 1 hour
  4. Roll out dough, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar
  5. Roll up, cut into 12 rolls, place in baking dish
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden
  7. Cool and top with cream cheese frosting
