Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the bananas.
  3. In serving cups or a dish, layer the vanilla wafers, banana slices, and protein custard mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the protein custard on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy dessert!

Notes

For added texture, consider crushing some vanilla wafers to sprinkle between layers. Adjust almond milk or protein powder for desired consistency.
