A healthy and delicious twist on a classic dessert made with ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the bananas.
- In serving cups or a dish, layer the vanilla wafers, banana slices, and protein custard mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the protein custard on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy dessert!
Notes
For added texture, consider crushing some vanilla wafers to sprinkle between layers. Adjust almond milk or protein powder for desired consistency.
