- 8 whole wheat tortillas

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine shredded chicken with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Fill each tortilla with the seasoned chicken and roll them tightly.
- Arrange the rolled enchiladas in a baking dish.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil to create the sauce.
- Pour the sauce generously over the enchiladas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the sauced enchiladas.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
Notes
Allow enchiladas to rest for a few minutes after baking for better flavor melding.
