Ingredients
- Chocolate Instant Pudding: 1 package (110g)
- Milk: 2 cups (480ml)
- Whipped Topping: 8 ounces (225g)
- Regular size package of Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- Candy Pumpkins
- Shredded Coconut
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- Grind the chocolate sandwich cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a large resealable bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chocolate instant pudding mix and milk by whisking for 2 minutes; follow the instructions on the pudding package. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently incorporate the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
- Place a tablespoon of the crushed cookies at the base of each serving cup.
- Add a layer of the pudding mixture on top of the cookie crumbs.
- Continue layering, alternating with the pudding and cookie crumbs, finishing with the cookie layer on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Place the shredded coconut in a container with a lid, add a few drops of green food coloring and a small amount of water, then shake until the coconut is evenly colored.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the colored coconut on top of each cup and garnish with candy pumpkins. Enjoy your treat!
