  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping (240 ml)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional (30 g)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  2. Stir in milk, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
