- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) instant yeast

- 1 cup (240 ml) flour

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the warm water, instant yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and combine using a fork until a pliable dough forms. Add more flour if needed.
- Knead the dough in the bowl for about 1 minute, adding flour to keep it from sticking.
- Drape a clean cloth over the bowl. Let the dough rise for approximately 30 minutes in a warm, draft-free area, like inside a microwave oven.
- On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough into two discs, each 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter.
- In a cast iron skillet, melt half of the butter and cook one disc over medium heat for roughly 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the other disc and the remaining butter.
- Slice into segments and serve warm.
