Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk with yeast and let stand until foamy
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl
  3. Add eggs and melted butter to the milk mixture
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms
  5. Knead dough until smooth
  6. Let rise until doubled in size
  7. Roll out and cut into donut shapes
  8. Heat oil to 350°F
  9. Fry donuts until golden brown
  10. Cool and add desired toppings
