Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Prick them with a fork several times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes or until tender and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer, cut open, and add your favorite toppings.

Notes
