Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto the chicken thighs until well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
