Ingredients

  • 1 box of your favorite jello flavor
  • 1 to 2 cups of Greek yogurt (preferably plain or vanilla)
  • Water (per jello package instructions)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jello according to package instructions, dissolving in boiling water.
  2. Allow the jello to cool slightly and set partially in the refrigerator for about half the recommended time.
  3. Measure out the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl.
  4. After the jello has set partially, gently fold the Greek yogurt into the jello until well mixed, creating a swirled effect.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large bowl.
  6. Refrigerate until it sets completely, at least for another hour.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of fruit puree or citrus zest. Top with fresh fruits or crushed nuts for added texture.
