- 1 box of your favorite jello flavor
- 1 to 2 cups of Greek yogurt (preferably plain or vanilla)
- Water (per jello package instructions)
Instructions
- Prepare the jello according to package instructions, dissolving in boiling water.
- Allow the jello to cool slightly and set partially in the refrigerator for about half the recommended time.
- Measure out the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl.
- After the jello has set partially, gently fold the Greek yogurt into the jello until well mixed, creating a swirled effect.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large bowl.
- Refrigerate until it sets completely, at least for another hour.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of fruit puree or citrus zest. Top with fresh fruits or crushed nuts for added texture.
