- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat the potatoes dry and pierce them with a fork several times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with salt and some pepper.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice open and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, increase the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C) for the last 10 minutes of baking.
