A classic retro dessert salad made with pistachio pudding mix, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and marshmallows.

- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry pistachio pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
