Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Crab meat (fresh or canned)
- Green onions (finely chopped)
- Soy sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, and soy sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Lay a soaked wrapper on a clean surface. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center. Fold in the edges like an envelope and seal tightly.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange filled rangoons on a lined baking sheet, lightly spray or brush with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve immediately after baking for maximum crispiness. Pair with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, or a spicy mayo.
